Orders

Completing checkout places an order. We confirm by email, and that confirmation is our acceptance. If an item proves unavailable afterwards we contact you and refund what was paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The product price appears on the product page and applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only. An obvious pricing error may be corrected before dispatch; if that happens we contact you and you may cancel.

Tax

The business is not registered under GST and operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately and no GST tax invoice bearing a registration number is issued. The invoice in the parcel is an order invoice.

Delivery

Within India only. Estimates are 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere, being 1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns follow the Return and Refund Policy: contact us within 10 days of delivery, and report damage or a missing item within 48 hours.

Product information

Items are described using the measurements printed on them or their packaging — page count, sheet size, paper weight in GSM. Paper shade and ink behaviour vary between print runs, and cover colours can look different on a screen. Where a set is described as assorted, we pick from the shades in stock. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer or publisher of anything listed.

Warranty and liability

We add no warranty of our own; where a product page states a warranty, it applies on its own terms. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
