Cancelling an order with Variety Stationers, and what happens to the payment.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Before dispatch
Free of charge, any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — in practice, within the 1–2 business day handling window. Email [email protected] with the Order ID or call +91 99304 91431 during Customer service: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM IST, daily.
After dispatch
Once a courier has the parcel we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery, or accept it and use the Return and Refund Policy within the 10 day window.
Refund after cancelling
A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. A Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch has nothing to refund, because nothing has been paid.
When we cancel
Occasionally we cancel an order ourselves — stock that turns out to be unavailable, a PIN code we cannot reach, or delivery details we cannot confirm. We contact you first, and a prepaid order cancelled this way is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Cancelling part of an order
You can drop an item before dispatch. If doing so takes the order below ₹699, the flat ₹49 delivery charge applies to the remainder, and we will tell you before the change is made.
