Telling us
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. What matters is that you tell us inside those 10 days — the item does not have to be back with us by then. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and the item concerned.
Condition
Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with any shrink wrap, box or sticker sheet that came with them. A notebook that has been written in, a pad with sheets torn out, or a book with a cracked spine cannot be resold and cannot be taken back as a change-of-mind return.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind — you arrange and pay for the return.
- Damaged, wrong or incomplete order — once we confirm the fault is ours, we cover or reimburse the return shipping.
Damage in transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents; an unboxing video is strongly recommended. Water damage and crushed corners are the two things that happen to paper in transit, and both are obvious in a photograph taken on the day.
Refunds
Once a return reaches us and has been checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order we ask for bank details, since there is no card or UPI transaction to reverse. No restocking charge is applied.
Duplicate payments
If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction. Nothing needs to be sent back for this.
Warranty
We do not add any warranty of our own. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, it applies on its own terms.
Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
