Full details
Five sketchbooks at 9 by 12 inches with 100 sheets each — 500 sheets in total. The paper is acid-free, which is what keeps a drawing from yellowing at the edges over a decade in a portfolio. Five books at this size also let you keep separate pads for separate subjects — figure, still life, landscape — which makes reviewing progress in one discipline far easier later.
