Full details
An undated planner built around goals rather than appointments: pages for setting objectives, breaking them into weeks and reviewing what happened. The paper is 120 GSM, heavy enough for fountain pen and light marker without ghosting. Goal journals only work if the review pages are actually used, so set a repeating reminder for the weekly review rather than trusting yourself to remember it. Most of the value is in that habit rather than the book.

Care & Use
Work through the goal-setting section once at the start rather than dipping into it, since the weekly pages refer back to it. Heavy paper takes longer to dry with fountain ink than standard stock; give a facing page a moment before closing the book.
